DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery fees are outlined below.  To confirm the cost of postage and packaging  prior to order, please contact me to obtain a delivery quote.  All orders will be delivered Monday to Friday.  Kay’s Baby Cakes and Creations delivery to all Perth Metropolitan Hospitals.  

Should you require an item to be delivered Express Post in Perth Metro, please contact me to obtain a quote and I will send a Paypal Email invoice requesting the appropriate payment including postage and packaging.

Interstate Deliveries attract a further postage fee of $15.00  for all bouquets and nappy cakes in addition to normal postage fees.  All smaller products attract a further postage fee of $7.50.  Large orders should be emailed or phoned through so that they can be  calculated individually, based on size and weight of package/carton.  In this way we can pass on any savings to you.

We can deliver direct to your recipient so ensure you have filled out the gift tag message above the 'Add to cart' button. Remember to enter the recipients address instead of your own. Alternatively you can email me with the recipients address and gift tag message.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our Express Post or Post Australia

If a mistake is made by you the sender for example, supplying the wrong delivery details, then any re-delivery will incur a cost to you  as per all  items listed above. Please ensure you provide the correct postcode.

Please note our Postage and Packaging costs are very competitive. We do not make any profit on delivery and packaging costs!

PAYMENTS

We currently accept payments through Paypal. Please be aware that if there are insufficient funds in your Paypal account and your payment is processed via your bank or building society account, there may be a delay before this payment clears. Consequently your order may be delayed by an additional 7 to 10 days.

 However YOU DO NOT need a Paypal account to use this service and you can use various payment methods as described in checkout.

When your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase. Once this has been issued you can rest assured that your order will be processed and will be delivered as per our Terms and Conditions.

Alternatively you may send payment by cheque, however, your order will only be processed once funds have been banked and cleared.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not we offer a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) for any items provided they are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Please note you are responsible for the return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage. Before you return your item you may wish to contact us to see if we can resolve your dispute. Please email us at kaysbabycakes@hotmail.com.

 GIFT WRAPPING

All our Nappy Cakes and bouquets will be wrapped in clear Cellophane then decorated with bows and gift tagged along with an ingredients card for that finishing touch. !

PACKAGING

All our cakes and bouquets will be securely packaged in bubble wrap and placed in strong walled cardboard boxes. Were possible we will use recycled packaging. This does not compromise our quality but does help to keep costs down and is kinder to the environment!

Some items may need to be attached to the cake via dressmakers pins. Please be extra careful when dismantling the cake to avoid any injury.

AVAILABILITY AND DESIGN

All images shown on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We will endeavour to provide each product as described however as the products we use may be changed or discontinued by the manufacturer we cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from this. Where any items are changed they will be replaced with an item of equal or better quality and will be just as cute and adorable!

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information you provide to us will only be used by Kay’s  Baby Cakes to complete your order or to contact you regarding any queries and future offers. We will not provide your details to any other third parties. All payment details taken over the phone are immediately shredded once payment is accepted. We do reserve the right to publish any feedback you provide to us but details which could personally identify you will not be published. Please inform us you do not wish any feedback to be published and we will respect your wishes.
